How we handle information collected through thehubcentralia.com. Short version: we don't sell anything about you, and this site doesn't take orders or payments.

The Hub Bar & Grill (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website at thehubcentralia.com and the restaurant at 110 S Tower Ave, Centralia, WA 98531. What this site collects

This website does not take orders, payments, reservations, or sign-ups. There is no account to create and no checkout. What it does collect is limited to:

Basic usage analytics. Which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, and what device and browser they use.
A display preference stored in your own browser. If the site remembers a setting for you, it is kept in your browser's local storage on your device. It is not sent to us and clearing your browser data removes it.
Anything you choose to enter in the trivia game. See below.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. It sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, referring site, and device type. We do not use it to identify you personally, and pages that could carry private details in their web address are stripped before anything is sent. You can opt out across all sites with Google's browser add-on ↗, or block cookies in your browser settings.

Trivia and loyalty points

Our QR trivia game runs on your phone with no app and no sign-up. You can play without giving us anything. If you choose to enter an email address or mobile number — for example to claim a prize or attach points to a loyalty account — we use it to contact you about that prize and to credit the points, and for nothing else. A player nickname you choose may appear on the public leaderboard, so pick one you are comfortable being seen.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and the loyalty and trivia programs, strictly as needed to provide them, and we may disclose information if the law requires it.

Links to other services

Ordering, delivery, and merchandise links on this site take you to third parties — DoorDash and our merchandise store — and our social profiles take you to those platforms. Once you leave this site, that company's own privacy policy and terms govern what they collect. Prices and availability there are set by them and may differ from our in-house prices.

Keeping and protecting information

We keep information only as long as we need it to run our business and meet our legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No website can promise perfect security.

Children

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Your choices
