Steak Night FAQ

  • What night is steak night at The Hub?

Every Thursday from 5 PM, starting Thursday, August 27 and weekly from there, at The Hub in downtown Centralia.

  • How much is steak night?

16 oz New York is $29 and 16 oz ribeye is $34. Both come with a baked potato, salad and dessert — that is the whole price, not a starting point.

  • What comes with the steak?

A baked potato, salad and dessert, included with either cut. Nothing on that list is an upcharge.

  • Can two people share one steak?

That is exactly what the $6 add-on is for. Add an extra baked potato and salad for $6 and one steak dinner feeds two — a 16 oz cut, two potatoes, two salads.

  • Do I need a reservation?

No. Walk in any Thursday from 5 PM on. Earlier is better if you want a table rather than a seat at the bar.

  • Didn't steak night used to be at the theater?

It did. Steak night started at McFiler's and The Hub, moved to Limelight inside the Chehalis Theater for a stretch, and has now come back to The Hub. The cuts and the prices here are The Hub's own — if you have seen older artwork with a different price or a 4 to 9 window, that was the theater's version and it no longer applies.
